Welcome to Yoga With Miranda.

I offer mindful, breath-led vinyasa flow classes, in a friendly inclusive space. Combining a precise but playful physical practice with breath, meditation and deep rest, our classes together are an opportunity to develop body-awareness, self-compassion and connection. 'Vinyasa' is a Sanskrit word meaning 'to place in a special way' and consideration is given to transition between poses as well as held shapes.

I offer mixed-level classes both in-person in Stroud and on-line. Everybody is welcome and there will be plenty of options for different levels of experience and different bodies. Beginner's courses for small groups and one to one sessions available on request.
