Online class: Monday Evening Wind Down (via Zoom)

Join me from wherever you are for some slow, mindful flow to help you wind down after your day. The class will include restorative poses and self massage, breath and meditation practices, to help soothe your nervous system before bed.

Open to all with plenty of options for all bodies and levels of experience.

Mondays at 12.30pm, starting Monday 3rd October

Thursdays at 12pm, starting Thursday 6th October

Mixed level classes with plenty of options for different bodies and levels of experience. We will move through a steady, breath-led flow towards a 'peak posture', with plenty of time for deep relaxation at the end of the class.

There will be an emphasis on developing body awareness, self-compassion and connection through mindful movement, breath and meditation practices.

Midweek Reset at Stroud Yoga Space

Wednesdays, 12.30-1.15pm


An invitation to leave your desk for an hour to move your body, refocus your mind and regulate your nervous system.

This friendly 45-minute lunchtime class is an accessible Vinyasa flow class, including sequences of mindful movement, breathing practices, self-massage and ending with some supported restorative poses. Classes are planned to help bring your nervous system in to balance, aid concentration and hopefully leave you feeling calm and energised, ready to return to your day.

Sunday evenings 8-9pm, Flow and Restore at Stroud Yoga Space

This class will include steady, mindful, breath-led movement, gradually developing a sequence of movement towards a peak posture. The class will close with restorative poses, using props to support stillness and rest and will end with deep relaxation.

There will be an emphasis on developing self-awareness and self-compassion, treating yourself gently and with kindness. Classes are light-hearted and playful and I hope you will leave feeling rejuvenated and well rested, ready for the week ahead.

The class is open to all and there will be plenty of options for all bodies and levels of experience.

I will be recording a class most weeks for you to practice in your own time if you're unable to make it in-person. A link to a You Tube video will be sent for you after booking
