Join me from wherever you are for some slow, mindful flow to help you wind down after your day. The class will include restorative poses and self massage, breath and meditation practices, to help soothe your nervous system before bed. 

Open to all with plenty of options for all bodies and levels of experience.

There will be an emphasis on developing body awareness, self-compassion and connection through mindful movement, breath and meditation practices.

Tuesdays, 6.30-7.30pm 

A community yoga class, accessible to all. There will be mindful sequences of movement and held poses (asanas) with options for everybody, breath practices, meditation and rest. 

These classes run as a block of usually four consecutive classes. 


Pay for the course - £32 for 4 classes  (£8 per class)

Online Accessible Yoga

Fridays, 11am-12 

This is an accessible yoga class, held online via Zoom. There will be options to use a chair, mat, the wall and other props to ensure you can practice in whatever way best suits your body.

The class will include asanas (physical postures - some sequences of movement and some held poses), pranaymama (breath practices), meditation and rest. 

We will move at a gentle pace, with clear cues for what is coming next and time to make choices about what best suits your needs throughout the class. Suitable for all.

Sunday evenings 8-9pm, Flow and Restore at Stroud Yoga Space

This class will include steady, mindful sequences of movement and time to explore variations of different asanas (physical poses). The class will close with restorative poses, using props to support stillness and rest and will end with deep relaxation.

There will be an emphasis on developing self-awareness and self-compassion, treating yourself gently and with kindness. Classes are light hearted and playful and I hope you will leave feeling rejuvenated and well rested, ready for the week ahead.

The class is open to all and there will be plenty of options for all bodies and levels of experience.

Recording of classes

I have recordings of home practices so you can practice in your own time if you're unable to make it in-person. These are mostly shorter practices of around 20 mins. A link to a You Tube video will be sent for you after booking
