Welcome to Yoga With Miranda.
I offer mindful, breath-led vinyasa flow classes, in a friendly inclusive space. Combining a precise but playful physical practice with breath, meditation and deep rest, our classes together are an opportunity to develop body-awareness, self-compassion and connection.
I am going to be offering mixed-level classes both in-person in Stroud and on-line. Everybody is welcome and there will be plenty of options for different levels of experience and different bodies. I will also be offering beginner's courses. One to one sessions available on request.
